Remote destinations or specialized courier requests may require bespoke transport quotes. Our concierge will contact you prior to processing your order should any custom logistics apply.

Production & Transit Timelines

Made-to-Order Production: Standard orders require 10–14 business days for artisan hide cutting, single-needle stitching, hardware setting, and multi-stage quality review.

Bespoke & Custom Sizing: Tailored patterns or customized hide specifications may require additional craft time. Confirmed delivery windows are provided directly by your master tailor.

Transit Duration: Once dispatched from Wyoming, USA, international courier transit typically takes 5–10 business days. Direct tracking links are dispatched to your email immediately upon courier scan.

Wholesale & Private Client Freight

For corporate orders, private commissions, and retail partner shipments, freight is quoted separately based on volume, weight, destination, and selected transport class (express air or sea freight).

Wholesale logistics fees are itemized transparently and calculated outside standard garment unit pricing.
