These terms govern all transactions, commissions, and digital interactions with SHAIKH & CO. By commissioning a piece or submitting an order, you agree to these conditions.

SHAIKH & CO. is a trading name of SHAIKH & CO. Atelier LLC. Client Care can be reached at clientservices@shaikhandco.com. SHAIKH & CO. is based in Wyoming, USA.
Website Information & Prices
Retail prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). Product photographs, colour names and descriptions are provided to assist selection, but displays and natural leather hides may show normal variations in grain and tone.
Orders & Payment
Orders placed on this website require 100% full payment at checkout via secure payment gateway to confirm the order and begin atelier production.
Made-to-Order & Bespoke Outerwear
Colour, hide material, size, hardware, lining, and custom measurements form part of the written order specification. Work begins after your order and specifications are submitted and confirmed.
Measurements & Fit
Clients are responsible for supplying accurate measurements and units. Our master tailors check measurement profiles for consistency before cutting.
Changes & Cancellation
Contact Client Care promptly if you need to adjust an order. Before material is cut, we will accommodate specification changes where feasible. Once custom cutting or production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled.
Shipping, Duties & Delivery
Delivery estimates begin at dispatch. Import duties, taxes and clearance charges are the customer’s responsibility unless confirmed otherwise.
Returns & Defects
Made-to-order and customized outerwear is not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Defects, transit damage and items that materially differ from confirmed specifications are resolved promptly under our Client Care policy.
Intellectual Property
SHAIKH & CO. website content, product design, presentation and brand assets may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
Applicable Law
These terms are governed by applicable law in Wyoming, USA. Please contact Client Care directly so we can resolve any concerns.
